We've always believed in using locally sourced ingredients in our dishes. The simple fact is that local food is fresher, tastes better and helps to support the local economy.
You'll often find JLB staff at the Kitchener Farmer's Market buying the freshest produce from tried-and-true local Ontario farmers. In fact, what we pick up at the Saturday market will inspire weekly dishes and change our menu.
It doesn't get much fresher (and tastier) than that.
